As an actor and artist, Amy does not limit herself to a particular medium; she enjoys exploring different personas. Amy is strongly pursuing an acting career in film, television, and the performing arts.

Abena Awere-Gambrah

Abena Awere-Gambrah is from Kitchener, Ontario, and is in her final year of high school. She is an active member of Youth in Food Systems and is passionate about indie rock, novels, drawing, and basically anything artsy! She is making for film debut in the short film The Letter. She is looking forward to her first on-screen appearance in the near future.

Kavin Ketheeswaran

Kavin Ketheeswaran was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, with a South Asian – Mixed background and is 6’1” in height. He has a background in martial arts, such as wushu (kung fu), and is proficient in lion dancing and Chinese kickboxing. He has special skills, which include the use of force, weapons, and police training. He is also fluent in speaking one of the oldest classical languages in the world, Tamil. Kavin graduated from the Toronto Film School for Acting with honors and is currently working in the industry for modeling and acting. He is looking forward to more opportunities and workshops to enhance his creation as an actor and is excited about meeting motivated, like-minded individuals in the field.

I had the utmost pleasure working with Dani and Novelette’s team on the short film, ‘The Letter.’ They were easygoing, organized, and kind throughout the scenes on set. I’d love to thank the team for considering me for a role in this film and helping me enhance my knowledge in the world of film, through performance and feedback. I’m looking forward to more collabs and features in the near future.

Ramanan Ranjini

Ram is an aspiring screen and voice actor, trained in Toronto and with previous experience in theatre having been cast in Shakespeare’s “The Merchant of Venice” and other independent theatre productions in Sri Lanka. He is also an experienced radio host and has worked for many radio stations in Sri Lanka and was instrumental in setting up the first commercial radio station in Seychelles. He has also briefly dabbled in TV at Rogers TV Durham, hosting the Inside Durham TV show.

Alicia Cox

University of Windsor Alumni Alicia Cox, has always had a passion for the arts. From the age of five, she has been writing, singing, and acting. So it is no surprise that her career goal is to be an auteur, not just in film but as an artist. Her love for creativity is what drives her work, and she has no plans on stopping.

Temitope Akinterinwa

Temi is an Assistant Director at the Directors’ Guild of Canada (DGC) Ontario with great experience from her involvement in prominent TV/Film Productions. She possesses a diverse background within the film industry, having worked in various roles, including Production Assistant in the Art, Costumes and Locations department across a spectrum of projects, encompassing short films, feature films, and web series.

Temi serves as the Project Manager of the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival (TINFF), a Canadian Screen Awards qualifying festival that celebrates diversity and inclusion through film. She recently embarked on her directorial journey with the release of a short film titled ‘EGO’.

Beyond directing, Temi has showcased her talent as a supporting actress in several short films and has contributed to two web series.

Driven by a passion for storytelling, Temi aspires to leverage her creative prowess to craft narratives that carry a positive social message that resonates with audiences worldwide.
